Lymphangioleiomyomatosis is a rare disorder characterized by proliferation of smooth muscle cells in the tissues of the lung and lymphatic vessels of the abdomen. The symptoms of LAM are logically explaines by the extent and location of the

pregnancy, has
suggested some degree of hormonal influence. We experienced a cases of pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis in a post menopausal woman who had suffered from exertional dyspnea, so we report it with brief review of the literature.
